What is Monton?

How much does Monton cost?

We offer several pricing tiers:

  • Pro - $9/user/month - Advanced features for growing teams
  • Enterprise - Custom pricing - Full-featured solution for large organizations

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How do I change my password?

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click “Change Password”
  3. Enter your current password and new password
  4. Click “Update Password”

How do I update my billing information?

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click “Update Payment Method”
  3. Enter your new payment details
  4. Click “Save Changes”

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 30 days of your initial purchase. Contact our support team to request a refund.

How do I download my invoice?

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click on “Billing History”
  3. Click the download icon next to any invoice

Projects & Collaboration

How many projects can I create?

  • Free plan: Up to 3 projects
  • Pro plan: Unlimited projects
  • Enterprise plan: Unlimited projects

How do I invite team members?

  1. Open your project
  2. Click “Team” in the sidebar
  3. Click “Invite Members”
  4. Enter email addresses and select roles
  5. Click “Send Invitations”

What are the different permission levels?

  • Viewer - Can view content but not edit
  • Editor - Can view and edit content
  • Admin - Full access including settings and user management
  • Owner - Complete control over the project

Can I work offline?

Currently, Monton requires an internet connection to function. We’re working on offline capabilities for future releases.

The app is running slowly

I’m not receiving notifications

Files won’t upload
