Reporting Overview
MONTON provides several built-in reports for tracking team performance, project progress, and resource utilization. The reporting system is designed for ADMIN and MANAGER users to gain insights into organizational performance.
Available Reports
Report Access
Navigation to reports:
- Reporting menu: Navigate to Reporting in the sidebar
- Reports section: Access Reports for additional report options
Role-Based Access
Permission levels:
- ADMIN: Access to all reports including Project P&L
- MANAGER: Access to most reports except Project P&L
- CONTRIBUTOR: Access to Time Report and Timesheet Report only
- GUEST: No access to reporting features

Time and Attendance Reports
Time Report
Location: Reporting > Time Report Purpose: Analyze time tracking data across projects and team members Features:
- View time entries by date range
- Filter by team member, project, or client

Timesheet Report
Location: Reporting > Timesheet Report Purpose: Track timesheet submission and approval status Features:
- Monitor timesheet submission compliance

Resource Management Reports
Utilization Report
Location: Reporting > Utilization Purpose: Analyze team resource utilization and capacity Features:
